Recommended Foods
- Anti-oxidants are found in colorful fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, blueberries, strawberries and cranberries.
- Dark green leafy veggies such as kale and spinach are very beneficial for anemia. Anemia is a factor that can lead to dull, aging skin.
- Vitamin C-rich fruits are also great antioxidants. Fruits and vegetables rich in flavonoids and carotenes, two powerful antioxidants found in plants, help to remove free radicals that can cause premature aging.
- Whole grains-Eating whole grain rich in fiber – oats quinoa barley wheat and brown rice
- Omega-3 fatty acid: Salmon, walnuts and flaxseeds. Coconut oil, olive oils, avocados.
